CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE LEGAL SERVICE COMMISSION WITH EFFECT FROM 11 APRIL 2008

Prof Walter Woon has, pursuant to his appointment as the Attorney-General and in accordance with Article 111(2)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, replaced Mr Chao Hick Tin as a Member of the Legal Service Commission with effect from 11 April 2008.

Mr Chao Hick Tin completed his two-year term as the Attorney-General with effect from 11 April 2008. He has been appointed a Judge of Appeal in the Supreme Court with effect from 11 April 2008.
